SpendingBank, its operators, and contributors accept no liability for any financial decisions made based on information from this Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use SpendingBank. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

When you create an account, you agree to:

Violations may result in immediate account termination. If you message support or report a concern, related conversations may be reviewed to help resolve it.

SpendingBank uses an automated language-processing service to generate travel plans, food recommendations, and market commentary. AI-generated content:

• May contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or outdated information

• Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision

• Is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy

Restaurant recommendations, market news, and investment insights are AI-generated and unverified. Always verify important information independently.

Certain features of the Service may be offered on a paid subscription basis. Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full payment card details. Subscription prices, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

To purchase a subscription, you must be of legal age to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction (typically 18), or have the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to be responsible for the charges.

All original content, branding, design, and code on SpendingBank is owned by SpendingBank and its operators. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

Market data is provided by an embedded third-party charting widget under its own terms. AI analysis is generated by a third-party automated language-processing provider under its own terms. User-submitted community content remains the intellectual property of the user, but by posting, you grant SpendingBank a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPENDINGBANK AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which may be zero for free users).

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

• Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable

• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your own account at any time, immediately and without contacting us, using the "Delete Account" option on your Profile page (available on both the website and the mobile app). This permanently removes your account and all associated data and cannot be undone.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
